   • If the product is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer is entitled to return or exchange the product within 14 days.
   • In such cases, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs, including the shipment number and cost details.
   • The customer will receive a full refund.
